Ducted System Capable of covering multiple rooms/areas and available in capacities to suit virtually any size project the ducted system offers a cost effective, unobtrusive installation. The Fan Coil Unit is located in the ceiling space (can be under floor) and is connected to the condenser (outdoor unit) via insulated copper refrigeration pipes and electrical control wiring . The Fan Coil Unit connects to the ductwork and distributes the conditioned air to the rooms via supply air grilles in the ceiling (can be floor or wall grilles depending on installation). Zoning can be introduced to residential installations which allows the airflow to one area of the home to be turned off so it can be redirected to another i.e. the living areas during the day and then the bedrooms at night.
