Ducted Systems
A ducted system provides discreet air conditioned comfort throughout your entire home. It can be installed in a new home or tailored to suit an existing one, and once installed, only the controller, the return air and discharge grilles are visible inside your home.
A Daikin ducted air conditioner consists of an indoor and outdoor unit and flexible ducting. The indoor unit is concealed out of sight in your ceiling or under the floor, with flexible ducting distributing conditioned air through vents located throughout your home. An outdoor unit is positioned in a discreet location outside your home.
Smarter Climate Control with MyPlace IQ
Building on the comfort and efficiency of Daikin reverse cycle ducted air conditioning, the latest Advantage Air MyPlace IQ smart home control system takes personalised comfort to the next level, allowing individual temperature control across multiple zones throughout your home.
Every home experiences temperature differences. North-facing rooms can become warmer throughout the day, while bedrooms, living areas and upstairs spaces often have different heating and cooling requirements. With conventional ducted systems relying on a single temperature sensor, maintaining consistent comfort throughout the home can be challenging.
MyPlace IQ changes the way your home is air conditioned.
With Individual Temperature Control (ITC), wireless temperature sensors installed within each zone continuously monitor room conditions. Working together with intelligent modulating zone dampers, the system automatically adjusts airflow to help maintain your preferred temperature in each area.
The result is improved temperature consistency, greater flexibility and more efficient operation, directing conditioned air where it is needed most rather than treating the entire home as one space.
Complete Control at Your Fingertips
Featuring an impressive 11” colour touchscreen controller, MyPlace IQ provides an intuitive way to manage your home's air conditioning, individual zones and temperature settings.
With convenient smartphone control via Wi-Fi, you can also adjust your air conditioning whether you're relaxing at home, at work or on your way back.
Beyond air conditioning, MyPlace IQ offers the flexibility to integrate compatible smart home features, bringing even more convenience and control into your home.
