FORESHORE HOUSE
Working closely in the JJ Building Company and Richard Cole Architecture, Delmar Air Conditioning were able to design and install two Daikin VRV systems to blend harmoniously in with the beautiful architecture.

A concealed ducted system underneath services the Living space via custom slot vents in the joinery
MOSMAN APARTMENTS
Comprising of two apartments, Delmar Air Conditioning worked closely with Corben Architects and Sandlik Constructions to design a Daikin VRV and mechanical ventilation system to discretely hide within the building.

MOSMAN APARTMENTS
A concealed Daikin VRV bulkhead unit is installed above the joinery, allowing for seamless individual control to the room.
